		<description>I nearly had that elbow operation in 2003.  In the end I didn&#039;t trust the neurologist; I felt he didn&#039;t really know what was wrong so he was going to have a poke around and see what happened.  I can cope with a mechanic doing that on my car, maybe, but not a surgeon doing that on my arms!  But, it was all part of the chain of events that got me to where I am today, so I guess I should thank him :)
