Lower back pain
September 18th, 2007Aimed at runners, but applicable to anyone with back pain, here is a three part youtube series on getting rid of lower back pain.
The exercises are from the Egoscue method. Some of them will be familiar to you if you do yoga or pilates. I like the precision they bring to their postural work, and the apparent simplicity of the exercises.
